Sarah Wally is a Richmond resident with a passion for economic development, creating integrated systems and connecting people. Ms. Wally’s professional background includes 30 years of residential and commercial real estate development, historical building renovation projects, integrated regional food systems, restaurant kitchen design consulting and culinary agricultural and sciences programs. 

Ms. Wally’s firm, PLANN-A Development, works with a wide range of community, business and governmental agencies to further social, economic and environmentally sustainable developments in Richmond.  Committed to building impact for generations through integrated community engagement and activation, enterprise businesses and quality of life road maps. Ms. Wally  serves on the Richmond Workforce Development Board and is a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
