2020 Census Update
- More than 25% of our County has yet to be counted, translating to losing up to $6 billion in federal funding.
- Self response rates in the Iron Triangle and North Richmond are especially low.
- Census Bureau staff is sending reminder emails and knocking on doors of households that have yet to respond.
- Enumeration will end on September 30, one month earlier than planned.
What does this all mean? Now, more than ever, it is important to make sure everyone gets counted!
