About:

Richmond, CA – Richmond Main Street Initiative is proud to invite the media to the grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony of Leftside Printing / Richmond SOL on March 13, 2020, at 1418 Macdonald Avenue in Downtown Richmond. Diego Garcia and his family started Leftside Printing on 23rd Street in 2006, providing quality design and printing services at reasonable prices and with excellent customer service. Leftside Printing services include custom screenprinting and direct to garment products, banners, signs, graphic design, logos, and more. The family-owned and operated business recently relocated to Downtown Richmond to a longtime vacant storefront located at 1418 Macdonald Avenue. For more information, visit www.leftsideprinting.com

Next door at 1420 Macdonald Avenue, Mr. Garcia has found a new home for Richmond SOL, a nonprofit organization that he founded in 2003. The organization serves over 200 families in and around Richmond, providing affordable youth sports programs (soccer, boxing, wrestling), life skills development, and community service opportunities for girls and boys ages 4-17. Richmond SOL players, their families, and volunteers provide hundreds of community service hours each year, organizing park cleanup days, holiday food drives, and clothing and gear collections. This new location will feature an astroturf mini soccer field for young children and event rental space. For more information, visit www.richmondsol.org
