The City of Richmond Housing Authority is opening the Public Housing Waiting List for studio, one and two bedrooms units at:
Nevin Plaza
2400 Nevin Avenue
Richmond CA 94804
The Waiting List will be open for Pre-Applications Thursday, August 1, 2019 through Monday, August 5, 2019
A total of 500 applications will be accepted by lottery. After the closing of the waiting list, applications will be selected using a computerized lottery by a third party vendor.
How to apply:
- Applications will be accepted online via apply.rhaca.org
- Once application is completed a confirmation number will be issued to certify your pre-application was received
- Print and retain the confirmation number for your records
Preference will be given to Richmond Residents, Veterans, Foster Child/Adults, and Elderly

Nevin Plaza is a property for elderly/disabled families; the Head of Household must be either elderly or disabled. No paper applications will be accepted. Each family may only submit one pre-application, duplicates will not be accepted.
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission of the pre-application or an emancipated minor (must provide verification of emancipation). Eligible households must have at least one family member that has legal citizenship.
