CIZE workouts break down challenging moves step-by-step, and builds them into a full dance sequence in just 35-40 minutes. So, while you are mastering the dance moves, you'll also be burning fat and calories. Check out a video about CIZE workouts here.

What to wear:  Comfy, loose fitting clothing; shoes optional 
What to bring:  Water bottle, towel (both optional) 
Open to:  Adults of all ages & capabilities 
New Participants: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to complete the one-time registration form. You may also bring a completed registration form with you.
